The confirmation of the tour package on the quotation been submitted is in subject to change depending upon Haj Committe Of India.

Individual mandatory documents & photographs which need to be produced for obtaining the VISA of the country of travel, along with the valid passports should be submitted as soon as the booking is taken into action.

Acquiring of any Visa wouldn't be under our owernership, if we donot receive relevant documents on time.

Token or Advance payment done against any booking is Non Refundable, but an credit voucher will be issued which can be redeemed for future bookings valid within one year from the date of issue.

Company may refund the advance payment, but it all depends from case to case basis.

All Cheques/Demand Draft must be issued in favor of "Company".

Service Confirmation Voucher would be issued only after the full & final payment is received.

Service Tax & Other Taxes will be charged as applicable & in force.

Airfare if mentioned, it is tentative.

Rates are applicable, only if booked with 50% advance payment.

Part payment of 35% should be realized on or before 14 days.

Full & Final payment of the remaining 15% should be realized on or before 7 days prior to the Tour Departure.

The package includes only services which are been mentioned in the tour plan.

Visa assistance would be provided by us, but on extra charges as per actuals.

In the event if the conditions laid are breached, any & all disputes must be settled in court of Bhubaneswar Jurisdiction in the state of Orissa.

Company is not liable for any damages occurred or any last moment amendments in the tour plan been done due to any natural or uncalled issues occur during your ongoing tour.

Company would not be liable if the Visa applications are rejected.

Optional excursions and additional services could be provided for which we will charge additionally

The total cost of the Tour Package if mentioned in any foreign currency, then amount mentioned would be calculated on the basis of the foreign exchange rate on the particular date when the Package is booked with “Company”.

Travel Insurance/Travel Medical would be issued by us if required, but on extra charges as per actuals.

Cancellation policy might change or vary from case to case.

Company also facilitates Travel Loans, but wouldn't be liable if the loan is not approved.
